I usually always stay here on my way to and from Florida and have always been happy with the place except for this time. We where on the second floor and as soon as you got in the elevator all you could smell was like floor glue and when you got off the elevator the whole second floor had a very strong smell of it probably due to the work being done. When I got into the room I went to fill my dogs water bowl with water all you could smell was a very strong smell of like cholorine. I didn't dare give it to him or I wouldnt brush my teeth with it because it was so strong smelling. I ended up going out to buy bottled water for us. the person at the desk even came up and she could smell it and she couldn't believe how strong the smell in the hallway was from construction. It finally cleared up later that night once they put the plastic up. I always stay here when going back and forth from Florida but not sure about this when I head home and it looked like they forgot to vacume the room because there was stuff around the desk and a dead bug under the heat and air conditioning unit

I recently visited Kingsland, GA, and had a wonderful experience! The town is charming and offers a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of Southern hospitality. One of the best parts of staying in Kingsland is its proximity to some amazing attractions. Whether you're interested in exploring Cumberland Island, the Okefenokee Swamp, or the nearby historic St. Marys, everything is just a short drive away. The area has great options for dining and shopping as well, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure. Kingsland is definitely a hidden gem worth visiting!

I could be biased because I'm from Kingsland and my visits are to family but I love the area. Beaches are only 20 mins to 2 hours away depending on where you go. It's a military town so military discounts everywhere. Check out the water front in St. Marys down the road, it's beautiful to visit with the family and take pics! Only down thing is, I've noticed with the growth of the city, there is more and more population so we were hitting some high traffic times during the day that surprised me.

Everything is right there. One long strip.

Everything is right there. One long strip. Although if you want to find the gems of Kingsland and st marys just go for a little drive. Nothing take more then 10 mins to ge too. Great place to stay if your heading to Jacksonville the hustle and bustle of a small town but nothing compared to city hustle. It is a short drive to the beaches and there are many you can go to from this location. What a nice place. Starbucks watch out!!! If your a coffee fan please check out ELLIANOS!!!!! THIS PLACE PUTS STARBUCKS TO SHAME!!!!! It's a small coffee shop by the Walmart in st marys and when I say it's heaven in your mouth trust and believe.

There are restaurants, hotels, and and plenty of business activity. Market is string as the Kings Bay Nuclear Submarine Base attracts DoD, construction, and advanced technology business. The St. Mary's Marina is safe with plenty of enetertainment. Just a great community, police force, and infrastructure. The best kept secret on Georgia's coast.

    Room was large and clean.

Room was large and clean. Bed was clean and very comfortable. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Check out was easy. Location is very easily accessible. Area seemed to be very safe and we didn’t worry about the safety of our vehicles. Room door locks were in good order.
