Wonderful new hotel. The staff were exceptional. Room was a fair size and large enough for three adults. Great location for The Mets Citi Field and the airports at a reasonable price.

Nice location between Manhattan and tennis at Flushing . Close to the subway. A foodstore and a winestore close by was good, as well Dominos. A pub on the way home from the subway was also nice. Good cleaning and breakfast with hot and cold options was good. Paper plates and cups were no oroblem for us. Nice, helpful staff. Our booking site said no WiFi, but it was very good both in our room and in the lobby.

Great hotel in Long Island City, you could easily be in Manhattan in less than 10 minutes, several subways one to three blocks away. Breakfast was really awesome with eggs, bacon, oatmeal, bagels, waffels, fruits, good coffee all day! Small fitness area and washing facilities, very friendly staff. I had a very comfortable stay!

The room was very spacious and clean, the bed and the pillows was exceptionally comfortable. We also had a very large terrace. The guys at the reception were very nice and gave us a kettle and an adapter for European sockets.

Both managers Sid and Jannat exhibited a high level of professionalism and attentiveness. They were always visible and approachable, ensuring that all aspects of my stay were seamless. Their proactive approach to addressing any concerns or queries was commendable, reflecting their dedication to guest satisfaction.Preeti Valeria at the reception desk was incredibly efficient and friendly. She handled check-in swiftly and provided useful information about the hotel amenities and local area attractions. Her warm demeanor made me feel welcome right from the start. The hotel's cleanliness standards were impeccable. From the lobby to my room, everything was well-maintained and spotless. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and I appreciated returning to a tidy room after a day of exploring.

Flushing is great for green areas and tennis facilities at US Open level. It is inhabited mostly by Asians. They are polite and not aggressive, but they hardly speak English. European merchandise is scarce

Flushing is a great part of New York.

Flushing is a great part of New York. It was diverse, I was able to have access to basic food options as well as try cultural options of the area as well. Walking in the area was nice people were great and I really did not feel like an out of towner. I enjoyed my stay a lot.

We were told they had a pool and breakfast and dinner.

We were told they had a pool and breakfast and dinner. Breakfast and dinner were closed even though we were told the day before they were open and the pool wasn’t open until after 3pm. We had an afternoon flight so couldn’t us it. It is in Chinatown so there were restaurants and we were lucky that we had one breakfast restaurant near by but we booked it specifically for those reasons so very dissatisfied

staff is good and the room is really comfortable. if breakfast has more options that will be more presentable for guest .Only one thing i notice i have asked for a hotel taxi and they mentioned one price but when i reached the destination and price is increased and the driver told me there is hidden tips for Taxi callers. I think this should be checked. This happen several times .
