    Very nice location, close to many local attractions (Warther Museum, Age of Steam Roundhouse, and more....) We found the house to be perfect for our family to spread out and enjoy time together. The hosts made excellent recommendations for things to do, they were spot-on! We will have to do the wineries next time....

    DO NOT STAY AT THE DOVER INN AND SUITES!

    DO NOT STAY AT THE DOVER INN AND SUITES! Room was disgustingly dirty, deadbolt did NOT work on the door, hair in the bathtub, feces on toilet seat, food dried in microwave AND refrigerator, coffee pot broken AND filthy. If I could have found somewhere else to stay I would have.

    The room was filthy the carpet was not swept it was very dirty the freezer in the refrigerator look like something Frozen broke in it and no one cleaned it up the tub was dirty it was a half stopped up drains. There was no towels in the room we had to wait for 3 hours to get towels after I checked three times on them then only to find out I didn't have no wash cloth and their reply the next day was we did the best we could. We left the next day to go to the Swiss festival came back at 4:00 room was never cleaned and again no towels and we never got no towels for that day we had to use dirty towels. I said something to the girl up front and she said you have to leave us a note if you want your room cleaned in towels everyday. I never heard of such BS and from the cars in the parking lot look like they didn't hardly have no business at all. Well maybe that's why they didn't have much business at all because of the poor service and the nasty rooms they have no breakfast like advertised no pool like advertised this might have been a good motel in the third world country but not here I would not recommend this price and I will not stay in any Howard Johnson's no More and when the Mount Hope sales starts up a lot of people from my area goes up there I'm going to tell them don't stay at Dover

    Love visiting all the local wineries, and the museums in the area are very nice as well. The countryside is very peaceful and relaxing as well. Enjoyed visiting the Smuckers store and Lehman's was awesome (not in Dover, but not far away)

    Stay in a location away from big traffic and city hustle, but you are still close to everything. Great eats and beautiful parks and you are close to mall shopping and city fun in one quick 20 minute trip or winery, antique shopping, and amish markets 20 minutes another way. Great for families or couples. Plenty to do and see for all.

    We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a rural area and very close to the things we had come to see (Warther Museum and Age of Steam Roundhouse). Host Adam was good in communicating everything we needed for arrival, even though our reservation was made at last minute. We wold certainly welcome the opportunity to stay with them again!

    Very bare bones but for the price, it was fine. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. I didn’t want to get up! Bob Evans across parking lot made an easy choice for breakfast.
