Cleaning staff were very friendly, timely and competent. Towels were very clean and adequate. Bedspread had large worn hole in it; shower tile had 2 feet of missing grout surrounding tub; ceiling above king bed had 18 inches of crumbling plaster from water damage. Office staff/franchise owners(?) were very difficult to understand, very unfriendly, skeptical unhelpful unhelpful and incompetent taking credit card info during two check-ins for reasons unknown.Guest review byThomasUnited States
