    Carlton is very small but has a lovely walking friendly...

    Carlton is very small but has a lovely walking friendly street that includes several restaurants, coffee shops and wine tasting rooms. Operating hours are limited but most evenings at least one restaurant is open. We had a delicious meal at the Blind Pig. It is a wonderful central location from which to explore the valley.
