Location is good , close to airport however it’s very quiet in the room, outside is the sea, have a very good view. Environment is brilliant! All of the service guys are very nice, patient and friendly. Good breakfast!

The shuttle to and from airport was very convenient. The staff was extremely helpful and one of the friendliest experiences. The breakfast was excellent each day. Each day there were different options all very tasty.

Great breakfast! Convenient place to stay after picking up our rental car after a long haul flight, before getting on the road the next day. We had food when we arrived at the hotel bar right before it closed at 10pm. The running/walking trails were perfect to stretch our legs when we woke up early.

The beds were so comfortable the pillows were absolutely fluffy clean and just overall the room was amazing,also the shower was the best shower I’ve seen in a hotel for a while the pressure was just amazing. We had a great refrigerator coffee daily and the best part I got my deposit minutes after checking out

We were double charged for the room.

We were double charged for the room. Did not state anywhere in my reservations that there was a 35.00 plus tax a day parking fee, such a scam for 3 miles away from the airport. Shuttle doesn’t run most of the day closed 930 am to 530 pm . We had a rental and we were pleased with it no connection to hotel . Manager on duty only refunded part of what they charged, and was billed 2 X for parking, better part of 75.00 bucks . No pool just the minimum amenities. Breakfast was descent.

We booked this stay due to an early morning flight out of...

We booked this stay due to an early morning flight out of SFO. Their free shuttle runs 24/7 and was able to easily get us to the airport in time for our flight. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. I recommend staying here.

Trip was the search for apartment housing for daughter...

Trip was the search for apartment housing for daughter beginning veterinary residency. The apartment search was less than successful, but we found wonderful restaurants and strolled along the shoppes of Burlingame every evening. Running biking paths were all around. Burlingame, San Mateo and surrounding areas are all lovely. Prices are high, parking is difficult, but overall one of the best parts of Northern California.

Burlingame is okay.

Burlingame is okay. I stay at the hotel because it is near the airport. Crime is very high in the area. Car break ins and theft are a big problem. Don't feel safe walking in the neighborhood at night.

My son left his switch in the room’s drawer, we called the...

My son left his switch in the room’s drawer, we called the Hotel immediately after we notice about my son forgot his switch, and was told to leave message for house keeping department, many voice message was sent, never get a call back from them. On our way home from Bay Area, we stop by the hotel, talk to the front desk’s manager, she is pretty nice, and took us to the room, and we check the switch is not there, and was told the house keeper may keep and the department was closed, manager don’t have the key to it, and she told us they will check their lost and found the next day, will give us a call back. Next day they call back and left the message stated that they didn’t find the switch, for sure the house keeping department they took it!

The front desk staff told me that I could directly charge the parking fee from my credit card, and I only needed to swipe my room card. However, after two days of check-in, I could not use my room card to enter or leave the parking lot, so I had to pay extra parking fee, and the hotel also deducted the parking fee from my credit card. I called the hotel to cancel this fee, and the hotel said that it would contact the financial department. But so far no one has helped me cancel the extra $96 parking fee I paid.

Lovely hotel with great views of the Bay over towards the airport. Staff were great, helpful and friendly. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable with all the required amenities. Happy to also have a room with a safe as this seemed a rarity in other US hotels we visited. Breakfast was the best we came across in our trip with lots of choices. Coffee and tea in the lobby at all times was also greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend/stay again.

1. The Location is great - very close to SFO. And the hotel is just located on the bay side, you can take a short walk outside to watch airplanes landing over the sea onto the airport, such a cool experience. 2. The interior is overall outdated, but the bed is clean and comfortable.
