Key code was great - no keys needed! Building and room was decorated really well. Like that there is a mini fridge in the room. Close to Trader Joes and lots of good food options. Close to overmight parking lot (Webster Parking lot) if needed ($10 overnight parking)

What a fabulous place! A real home from home. Never stayed anywhere like this before. A fully equipped kitchen that you can use to prepare your own meals. Wonderful comfortable chairs and sofas for relaxing. A great balcony with outdoor space overlooking a park. A lovely bedroom with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Wonderful location near to bars and restaurants in the Brookline area of Boston near to excellent public transport routes. Amazing helpful friendly staff. Absolutely loved this place. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Boston. Just can't rate this place highly enough.

great location! right near a train stop that can easily take you into boston and some cute restaurants if you want to stay in the area. All the amenities in the room were such a nice bonus (good water pressure in the shower and the kitchenette is so handy if you're staying for more than a few days) the staff was so responsive both on the app while messaging and also when I had to call with a question, staff answered my call on a sunday night before check in and was super helpful. the door entry was very easy and it's such a nice, safe building 10/10 would stay here again because it's a great value. thank you!!

we were very flexible with the arrival as the check in was completely contactless. the room was on the smaller side but this was not a surprise and exactly as advertised. the bathroom was very nice and additionally to the fridge and microwave there is also easy access to a shared kitchen in case one wants to cook. the whole house has a very nice and welcoming style, we really loved it. the area is lovely with shops and restaurants arround and downtown is easy to reach by T. We 100% recommend this place.

Varied selection of coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Trader Joe's for all self-catering needs. You can walk to JFK's birthplace and tour his family home which was fascinating. Area feels very safe, good for strolling around and seeing distinctive, historic architecture - Dutch House was a highlight. Public transport into the city (tram) very easy. Mecha Noodle Bar at Coolidge Corner, and Martin's Coffee Shop (classic diner) were favourites.

10 minute walking distance to Brigham and Women's Hospital...

10 minute walking distance to Brigham and Women's Hospital from this Inn. Lots of places to eat nearby. Getting to the Green Line is easy. The Museum of Art is one stop away. Since I've been coming here for years, I've seen a lot of the area. There is something for everyone. Be sure to go to the top of the Prudential Building. Food, drinks, view and staff are great. Duck tours, walking tours, historic sites,- all accessible.

Brookline is a well-to-do, leafy suburb of Boston.

Brookline is a well-to-do, leafy suburb of Boston. I don't know that you'd go there just for Brookline itself; but it was a great base for a 10-day work visit where most of my engagements were on the western side of the Boston city centre. Always felt safe even late at night.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Good having bed and breakfast. Breakfasts were adequate. It was a 40min walk into the historic and shopping areas and the train stop was a 2min walk away. About 10min walk to great Italian restaurant 'Bar'cino. And good Mexican in other direction Los Amigos. Very nice little park and lovely suburb to walk around. Very safe.

It's a beautiful city, especially in the fall.

It's a beautiful city, especially in the fall. I really enjoyed touring the neighborhood. Restaurants are a little pricey, but as my daughter said, it is a high-end neighborhood. The food at the Japanese restaurant was great.

The bed was perfectly firm and comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious with plenty of clothes hangers. I had great sleeps - important for the Boston Marathon! Was lovely to see the signs in reception wishing the competitors well for the run. The hotel was approx a 40min walk to the city and 10 mins to great restaurants. A 2 min walk to the closest Metro stop
