Bonners Ferry is very nice and very beautiful. We enjoyed driving around the area. The small downtown area is very clean, quaint and the people very friendly. Highly recommend eating and visiting Sharon’s store & restaurant right off the highway on the way out of Bonners Ferry a little pass the junction of 95 & 2. Bonners ferry is an interesting place and we would have liked to have more time to explore the surrounding area. The luxury cabins exceeded my expectations - they are absolutely gorgeous! The hospitality was so excellent that it actually startled me. For example, when we forgot some items at home, Munro cheerfully lent us his own personal equipment. The area around Bonners Ferry has beautiful hiking trails, and North Haven was the perfect place to return to for some R&R. Great value for the cost (NOT a 4-5 star hotel BUT exceptional for travelers or those staying near Bonners Ferry). Very cozy atmosphere with friendly staff. The Principles office had huge windows with a view of Downtown Bonners Ferry. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was very relaxing after a day of driving.
