Our visit to Baton Rouge is yearly as we come and spend some time with my bro-in-law. We love the old world charm of BR, including the small streets and great food! Springhill Suites is not far from the action and close to every thing needed during our stays. Louisiana has great food and it's people are very friendly. We had an event to go to at raising canes and found the walk ability and cleanliness of the town very pleasant. We had perfect weather which helped a lot. Great food, lots of eating places to try. Louisiana Lagniappe is the best, but you need a reservation. Many places to shop, but the traffic is difficult most of the time. We stayed in the College Drive area during the visit, did not have time to visit other areas.Guest review byAnonymous - 6.0

I was there for work. Didn’t do any “fun stuff”. Louisiana is a beautiful state, Baton Rouge is a beautiful city - I’ve been there many times, but the overriding factor is TRAFFIC! I work many of the big cities in the South from Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, etc. None compare to the nightmare of getting around in Baton Rouge.Guest review byDannyUnited States

It is a clean and quiet place. The place is safe and the appearance of the LSUPD patrol car on a regular basis gave an additional sense of security. There is an additional parking space behind the building besides the one in the front. The apartment itself is very spacious. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. When u see the outside u think, well the rooms r going to b kinda run down, smelly. NOT! The room was fantastic! Above and beyond what we expected! Definitely worth the money! Super clean, up to date, full size frig, microwave, stove, bathroom very nice! We loved our stay! Definitely recommend this place. PJ manager even showed us to our room. All 1st floor rooms.
