The check-in was easy and well described in our welcome message even though we arrived around midnight. The location was in a quiet neighbourhood close to the city center. The whole building had a cool and vintage vibe which translated into our booked room ‘the artists abode’. The room was executed very well and we both liked the style of the interior. We particularly enjoyed that the space felt as a small apartment with soul rather than an ordinary hotel room experience. We will definitely come back if we have the chance.

The breakfast was excellent, everything well presented and delicious, with personal table service. The hotel is well kept and curated in keeping with the time period. The bed was comfortable and the linens and towels were good. Service was friendly and efficient, location was great, near the centre without it being noisy. Parking was at the back and secure. There was very good communication with the hotel before we arrived and it was easy to find.

    We were just traveling through Ashland on this trip, but have stayed in Ashland a few times. It is a fun little town, especially with the many theater options and the good restaurants. It is also close to wineries, farm tours, and outdoor activities.

    Ashland is a wonderful place to visit.

    Ashland is a wonderful place to visit. The City has done an excellent job of developing the Shakespearean atmosphere. Lithia Park is a perfect place to take an easy hike or to just enjoy the park itself -- plenty of places to sit, etc. We had a lovely dinner at Omar's -- best halibut ever; and enjoyed the Oregon Cabaret show. This is a really nice, relaxing place to stay for awhile.

    We were traveling, with our two Frenchies, home to the Central Valley in California and, stopped here for one night to break up our drive. We’ve visited to attend the plays many many times but not this trip. We chose the Ashland Springs Hotel as it has a pet friendly policy and is located right in the center of fun shops, the park and our favorite resturant, Thai Pepper. The Ashland Springs Hotel is so lovely and pet friendly! It is nice and cool providing comfort from the outside heat. We were delighted to find it cozy, quaint, fresh and clean. Thai Pepper was delicious! Shopping around the stores close by we found some treasures to bring home. Paddington never disappoints! We stopped by the Beer Brewery on Clover Lane on our way out of town and bought a variety ofAshland’s local ale. We will be back!

    Ashland is a welcome reprieve from other small cities along the I-5 corridor. People are welcoming, businesses respect the relationship and in general it is a welcoming and safe community that cares greatly about its environment, people and visitors/

    Ashland is such a walkable town and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The theater is centrally located and an easy walking distance from where we stayed at the Peerless Hotel. Lots of fun, cozy dining options and the local shops are varied and a cut above the touristy shops you often see.

    We've been coming here for over 40 years, the plays are fantastic the city is amazing, fun to walk around, good hikes, excellent restaurants and friendly people. If you live on the West coast you're missing a treasure if you don't at least once a year, we go twice. If you like wine, there areca number coffee very good and fun wineries close by.

    Overall quite satisfied with the stay. I like that the floor was not carpet, it was more convincing like this as a clean space. It is not the newest property but everything seemed perfectly fresh, nothing was particularly tired - except for the AC unit. The lady managing the breakfast was such a lovely person, really brightened up the room. Breakfast was more than what many Inns and Motels usually offer. It is about 10 minutes from downtown Ashland. There is also parking available and a Safeway across the street. I would stay here again.

    Very reasonable for Ashland and a descent room. Easy check in right at 3pm. I was upstairs close to the office and it was quite enough. Comfy bed and low pressure shower, but did the job. Plenty of food close by, but many packed on a Saturday morning. I walked to downtown for a Shakespear play in late afternoon and felt safe enough by myself, even coming back at 11pm. It's 1.5 miles, flat and easy. Maybe not for everyone, but I enjoyed the walk and weather.

    property is located in the downtown core which at this time of year was well decorated for the holidays. checking in was easy and the desk staff was accomodating and helpful. parking outside the ground floor unit was helpful to access the unit, and the parking lot was located in the privacy of the hotel courtyard. self serve breakfast consisted of egg, sausage reheat muffin, yogurt, and a choice of a few bread itmes. not the quality of a best western,
