The food was great ,customer service was excellent. The surrounding was romantic and ideal for pictures.we were at the resort for our wedding Anniversary which went very well ,everyone made us feel like royalty especially Kenneth.Right from beach house,Alfred rendered exceptional service,to the boat man to the receptionists, Andrew and all other staff we werent able to remember names,not forgetting kenneth that was keen to every detail and made our stay very smooth and memorable....we can boldly say we felt the vale for money and will come again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The rooms are incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. What truly set this place apart, however, was the exceptional customer care. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere made me feel right at home. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. From hot dishes to fresh fruits and pastries, everything was well-prepared and nicely presented. It was the perfect start to my day.

    A very nice hotel.

    A very nice hotel. The location was not very central, but not too bad. You could move about the town easily. The facilities and staff were great, very accommodating. Very clean with a lot of beautiful touches.

    I was thoroughly impressed with my stay!

    I was thoroughly impressed with my stay! The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to comfort made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The route road from the main road to the hotel is not tarmac like most roads in Uganda, It didn’t bother me a lot.
