Rize is a beautiful place and quite spread out.

Rize is a beautiful place and quite spread out. Some of the places close to our accommodation were Ayder Plateau, that was simply mesmerizing. Rafting was 10mins away, safe and exciting. Uzongol lake and Sumela monastery were almost 2 hours from the accomodation (in separate directions ofcourse) but both are worth their charm and history.

Amazing place to relax.

Amazing place to relax. Start point to visit Ayder, Uzungol, Tea Factories & Farms. You can visit Rize center, Rize castle, and botanic garden which is located in the center of the city. You need to try/buy fresh tea from Rize. I recommend Caykur and also Rize Honey specially Anzer.

Check-In was quick enough. The hotel staff at the reception helped me bring the luggage from my car (in the drop lane) to the reception and he also parked the car for me. At the check-out time also, they helped me take the luggage to my car. Please note that there is no lift going up from the entrance to the lobby or any of the rooms. There are stairs only that lead to the lobby.

Located in the very heart of the city, easily accessible, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was great, with a very comfortable king size bed and one single bed in the other room, also has great armchairs to relax. Very good breakfast. We loved staying at the hotel and would definitely come back!
