The staff, the location, the design, the quality of everything was exceptional. The service level and professionalism of Sana and her team as in Ons, Jihen and all the other staff is one of the highest we have experienced. And the little special gestures and nuances made it even more special such as arranging a surprise birthday cake for my partner as well as gifting her a book which she enjoyed during our stay just topped it all. The property was excellent. Extremely nice staff. Very chic. Great place to work if you need. Well-located, very easy and safe to walk around the Sidi Bou Said neighbourhood. The breakfasts were excellent. The spa had all the essentials - steam room, pool, chairs, etc. and was very private. The terrace up top was absolutely wonderful with fantastic views of the city. The price was good for the quality. The AC was great. The wifi was not super fast but definitely fine for a few days. Also very easy to get a cab (use Bolt) and go to La Marsa for the beach and good restaurants. We felt very safe and welcome here. Highly recommended.
