The people working here give you the warmest welcome ever and are very friendly and helpful all the time. The food was a lot, but very nice. Not a lot of vegetarian or vegan options, but they offer more than most places in Tunesia, were they offer none ;-). We got a free room update, the room was huge and we were next to a semi-private swimmingpool, we had some good morning swims. The bed was huge and very nice. The beach was very clean and nice, with a security guard there the whole time so we felt very safe swimming together and leaving our stuff at the daybeds. They do offer a lot of activities which are really fun, we did the aqua gyming. Also the night performances are very cosy. I think we were lucky to be here off season so we had a lot of space and still enough sun. Next to the swimming pools there is almost no wind which makes it very comfortable even in late November. The wifi is superb.

the staff is very kind, pleasant, respectful and helpful, the food and pastry are exceptionnel, the spa is fantastic (staff is very kind and professional), the room was great, calm and very clean. there is a great energy in the hotel. the sunset was magical and the private beach is fantastic. The hotel is not new, but is well maintained. All of the staf were hepfull and very kind. WiFi was exeptional, covering all hotel. Two great pools (inner and outside) and great beach at the end. Great food and baverage. For that location and that value of money considering the all inclusive, anything but 9 would not be appropriete.
