I liked the privacy and trust by BAAN 125. We felt like we were staying in our own appartment without constant bother by other guests or staff. Cleaning staff were giggly and very helpful, hotel staff communicated via WhatsApp and they were very helpful even i boiled on a wrong date one night they accommodated our needs by offering hotel room last minute action.     A lovely, walkable old town, with sino-portugese buildings, some great little restaurants, and easy access to many islands, as well as the rest of Phuket. Always worth a night or two as part of any trip to the area.

    Old town is lovely romantic.

    Old town is lovely romantic. Don’t miss the Sunday market the food options are endless and all delicious. I favoured Michelangelos bar as the staff treated me like family. And several nearby restaurants served some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. A lot to do in old town but be sure to also visit the beaches. I would stay near the beach and visit old town when not on the beach

    Lots of places to eat & drink and everything I tried was deleicious. It's a much quieter alternative to other locations in Phuket but has enough going on if you want a quieter, more laid back experience. The Sunday Night markets were a great distraction and had a huge amount of stalls with everything from food, crafts and clothing.

    The bustle and lively vibe of Phuket Old town is well worth visiting. We loved the evening market on Sunday night - it’s got to be experienced. The architecture mixed with the smells and tastes and sounds is something you’ll love if you like shopping and food. The out of centre shopping centres are also very good, clean, and full of great brands. The royal marina is lovely too - worth a visit and especially if you’re going to one of the many islands.

    We stayed in old town, which was quiet and perfect for us. We did go to Patong beach and Bangla road for the nightlife and for the experience, it was a lot of fun! 2 nights was a perfect amount of time in Phuket for us!

    It's just a beautiful hotel. Upon arrival we noticed that the reception desk is outside covered by just a roof; everything else looks really fancy. The pool on the top floor is just magnificent. In our room we had a cooking facility which was unexpected and really comfortable too. The tv screen could be connected to our smartphones so we could watch movies on our smartphones on the big screen. The room was large enough. Breakfast was super. Anyway we were very satisfied with the location, one of the best we went to on our Thailand trip.

    The room was very nice and clean. The sea views from our room were beautiful and we were greeted by the sunrise every morning. Breakfast in the restaurant was of a very good standard and dinner was equally as nice. Hotel staff are so accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy. The best hotel we have stayed at in Thailand so far. Hotel staff accommodated my request to have the bed decorated so I could propose to my now fiancé.

    Very big spacious room. Nice and clean. Friendly staff and very accommodating. The restaurant attached has amazing food and good value for money. The location is probably ideal for people who visit Thailand often. Not ideal for first timers but not bad either as you can grab a taxi to most places and it doesn't take long. Very lovely hotel with a nice rooftop bar with nice views.

    Thailand is beautiful and powerful place. Exceptional place is Phuket island. This property Is comfortable and there is all the necessary. Infrastructure is close in walking distance, same with the beach. Surin beach is one of our choices in Thailand. I like and looking forward to the next time. The housekeepers are nice guys and really kind.
