Everything was perfect. The host lady was very sweet. The whole place was clean, we loved the pool, the small kitchen and refrigerator came good on our 10 days trip staying at Ananas Samui Hostel. We loved the location too. It was very peaceful and relaxing. One recommendation, definitely need a scooter to get around the island. We had an awesome time and would come back again.

Best place ever. Really comfortable and quiet place to be. The staff were amazing and the rooms were absolutely perfect, beautiful and clean. Nice pool and good restaurant and beautiful garden. Beautiful waterfalls and nature around the hotel. You can rent scooters at the hotel which worked really well. We have already booked a few extra days at the end of our holiday and can't wait to come back.

Everyone of staff is extremely supportive. The staff even was able to answer my weird question about the name and origin of the custom hotel shampoo which I enjoyed a lot. Everything in hotel of high quality and well designed. The breakfast quality is very good.

The host welcomed us and was very accommodating! She gave us a list of everything nearby, the restaurants, the markets, the shops, timings, beach, water sports etc, without us having to ask about them! She even gave us directions and recommendations to some really good places nearby. Always cheerful, interacting with her was always a highlight of our day! The room was very clean , and this hotel is situated in the heart of lamai street so it's close to everything going on in Lamai. Overall, would definitely recommend this to everyone visiting Lamai!

I stayed in A104 beach front bungalow. It was a quaint little excellent accommodation right on the beach as desired with a decent swimming pool as well. The staff were very courteous, polite, always assisting and lovely to chat with. I especially want to mention one Ms. Ammy, who really helped us to settle despite checking in very early at around 9:30 am. Buffet breakfast options are quite good with an egg station. Even the food from the restaurant is nice. The location is awesome with everything at stones throw in Lamai, be it an ATM, currency exchange, 7 eleven, cocktail bars and Lamai night market. Overall a value for money. Can't expect anything further for this price.

    Excellent rapport with staff and other Thai residents. Beautiful setting and surroundings. Lots of good times around the pool, recreation room and dining area. Good times at a beach and restaurants a short drive away. Shopping (groceries, clothing, etc.) with reasonable prices was accessible by vehicle. Some challenges were encountered with an intermittent Internet connection in the area. Wi-Fi was spotty in a few locations on the property. Hot water in one bathroom needed maintenance more than once. The pool developed a leak that required repairs. A couple of the chairs in the dining area needed repairs.

    Staf was very frendly, it looked like you book mini hotel and everything you needed you cаn get contacting to manager, any foods, fruits, drinks, ice cream, champagne, lunch and dinner from the best restaurants... also she organize for us the best thai massage on the villa. Manager Oon (sorry if I spelled the name wrong) she is very nice person. If you prefer a quiet relaxing holiday it is the Best place. There own beach almost people do not pass at all.
