    Chaweng Noi Beach was one of my favorite spots on Koh Samui.

    Chaweng Noi Beach was one of my favorite spots on Koh Samui. It’s incredibly beautiful — soft white sand, calm turquoise water, and a peaceful atmosphere that feels like a little escape from the busier parts of the island. I loved how quiet and relaxed it was, perfect for swimming or just lying under the sun. The view with the green hills around was stunning. That said, it’s not the best during low tide — the rocks and coral can make it tricky to get in the water. Also, there’s not much going on nearby in terms of shops or nightlife, and some areas can get a bit pricey because of the luxury resorts. Still, for a calm beach day with amazing views, I’d go back in a heartbeat.

    I wouldn't go back.

    I wouldn't go back. I was so disappointed by Koh Samui, I thought it was a nice place to go but aside from beautiful beaches and the views from the mountains, its really rough and run down. Chaweng itself is like Magaluf. The strip is awful. But if you like that then you'd probably like it but not being a drinker or a partier I really hated it. We did however eat at some really great restaurants all over Koh Samui

    It is beautiful, wonderful, crystal clear, turquoise water. Do NOT let the reviews that say that this beach is "busy, loud, too crowded" deter you from coming. We were here in January-February during peak season and it was perfect! Never too crowded and never too empty. Perfect in my experience, I would come back. I did not prefer nor enjoy Lamai beach (supposed to be better, but I disagree).

    This hotel is a little paradise in Samui island. The location with access to beach is amazing. All staff are super friendly and make you so welcome. They all went above and beyond from the moment we walked in to the day we left, especially Max at the beach bar. We booked a massage and enjoyed many meals at the hotel and they were all excellent.

    Our stay was perfect, the hotel is clean, the room is cleaned every day and the staff was so nice ! The beach is about 3 min walk 😍 A cute coffee is just next to the hotel, so easy for the breakfast ! We loved staying in Tara Hotel, we 100% recommend this place for the value it was really good !!

    Perfect location between Chaweng and Lamai, excellent beach which is quiet and away from the public due to access being only through the resorts, and the beach front villas offer the perfect accommodation for a week in Koh Samui.
