The location is excellent, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and cozy. The mattress was soft and very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. A unique touch is their weekend movie projections—I thoroughly enjoyed watching an Asian comedy, which was both entertaining and fun. The coffee here is top-notch as well! Overall, I had a wonderful stay, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Highly recommended!

Property was perfect across rdcfrom beach. Great sunsets. Clean. Tim and Wit could not do enough . Daisy was a delight and spent a lot of time with us even inside. Could not br more relaxed. Great authentic restruants near by.

Location is secluded and the property is located in 100 m near the beach that is never crowded and good for morning runs, facilities are perfect, a room was with very good design, good variety of books were in the room, the host is very friendly, helped us to organise trips to Koh Similan and Bamboo Rafting.

The location is very close to all the shops, restaurants, bars and beaches in Khao Lak. It is a 30 minutes walk from Lam Ru National Park which is a lovely place to spend a day. The room was cleaned every day which was a nice touch and breakfast was good (even though not very diverse). The lady from the reception desk spoke really good English, was very nice and helped us with booking a taxi to Phuket airport. For the money paid, the place totally exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay at Rakkawan Residence again if we return to Khao Lak.

Best hotel in Khao lak! It’s our 2nd time here and we will surely come again! Since last year a lot of improuvements: espresso machine for breakfast, water dispencer in the building, replacement of plastic bottles by glass ones. Kudos to this hotel and his personal! A big thank you to Tee and to the whole team! Best breakfast, super clean and big rooms, super personal, best plave on thebeach!
