Everything was perfect. Ann-Helen is lovely and kindest host I’ve ever met and she made us feel like at home. The stuga has everything you need, it’s coazy and very romantic. The sauna works well and the surroundings are beautiful. Within 10 minutes walk you can get to a lake and admire the landscape. We have been for New Year’s Eve and we were so lucky and got to see a beautiful Aurora. 100% recommended !

This was our second stay at Entre Norr Hotel in Umeå, and I can honestly say – it’s a fantastic place! The rooms are very clean and well soundproofed – even though the hotel is near a street, it’s completely quiet inside. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. During our first stay, we were travelling with our cat Brunek, who was also very pleased – especially with the comfy mattress, which quickly became his favourite spot 😉. A perfect place for both people and their furry companions. We’ll definitely be back!

Staff were super amazing and helpful. The top floor spa and bar are definitely worth a visit. Room was extremely comfy and the location is perfect for stay in town.

It was a great breakfast. We loved the view from the room. The location of the hotel was good. It was very interesting that check-in and check-out at the hotel can be done contactless. It was a very different experience for us. We can't wait to come again!

The decoration of the room and the hotel in total was amazing. Like being in a ship. The room was very cosy, clean and quite.The bed was very convenient. All was great. Staff are there to help you at any time. The room was spacious and especially the bathroom with heated floor so comfy and cozy. With 2 sinks and a large shower. Beds very comfy. Large desk. It had a fridge as well.. it had a park garage under the hotel. The breakfast was very good and dinner was including in the price. With still and sparkling water fre of charge. Coffee at reception was available all day free of charge. The location only 8 mins walk from the main shopping centre
