Breakfast was great with many choices and well presented. Staff were very attentive and happy to please but would have been good to have had a brief overview of the layout of the hotel! I stayed at this hotel with my friend in April. We came for 3 days to see the city. The hotel exceeded all our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. All the staff were as friendly and open to communication as possible. The room was very clean and comfortable, the food in the restaurant was very tasty. Living on a ship is an experience you will definitely remember! It was great! My friend and I are absolutely delighted with Goteborg and this hotel! Next time we will choose this hotel again, of that I have no doubt. P.S. Special thanks for the breakfast to go! We had an early flight and didn't have time for breakfast. So the hotel staff packed us some food for the journey. It was very nice of them...and very tasty :) Tack så mycket!
