I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel itself is truly special—the building is old and full of character, located in a historic part of the city. Staying here felt like stepping back in time, and I loved every moment of it. Host is a very very nice person and speaks perfect English. She reacted promptly and positively to every request of support and organized perfectly all the visits to the sites we were interested in. The driver that we required to Al’Ula Winter for the 2 days of staying in Al’Ula knows in any detail and feature all the area and was able to fulfil any desire of ours. We had with him conversations about any subject. We were very pleased to meet his family in his home. All this was organized by him professionaly and creatively.

This is a wonderful, spacious apartment, with a parking spot right by the entrance. The room looks better in reality than on photos. It is super clean and a bit apart from the main road, so it is silent there. The price-performance is quite good, so I would stay again.

I have had the privilege of staying in 5-star hotels across the world, and this was, by far, the best hotel I have ever stayed in! The accommodation itself was nothing short of breath-taking. We were upgraded from the Ashar Tented camp to a Banyon Tree Villa, and our suite was a sanctuary of elegance and comfort, with incredible panoramic views. But what truly set this hotel apart was its remarkable staff. From the front desk, who allowed us to check in early, and seemed to anticipate our every need, to every driver, housekeeper and waiter we met, their dedication to excellence was unparalleled. Every interaction is filled with warmth and professionalism. The breakfast was one of the best meals I've had! We loved absolutely everything about our stay!
