Staff was amazing and friendly, and the hotel was spacious and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were new and clean. Loved their hospitality and I would def recommend it if you go do Umrah.

I really liked the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, everything was well organized. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, with everything you might need nearby. Breakfast was delicious and varied. I felt just like at home. I highly recommend this place!

    I am not going to recommend this place to anyone because no...

    I am not going to recommend this place to anyone because no customer service and you have to wait for elevator for long. Room is so dirty and bathroom was not good at all. Bidet was leaking whole time we asked them but they failed to fix it too. We have to ask so many times for toilet paper but they don’t want to give us and shower situation was bad too. In simple words they don’t care about anything even you ask them to help or fix anything

    The address was not existent, keep taking you to tunnel in the high way and once you are out it says you should go back. The contact number provided is out of service. Booking has no facility to deal with such urgent issues!

    The stuff are OK.

    The stuff are OK. The location is very bad , Since it is in very weird location and it is in the mountain , The street in the path to hotel is very bad. It is quit hard to reach haram and come back to the hotel. Short location is very very bad.
