A perfect place to stay in Belgrade! The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. They have parking in front of the building, but it does get a bit crowded - however people there are so nice and always ready to help. The location is good, you’re 10 minutes away from the centre! Its beautiful, friendly people even though the English was limited. Some people could ignore you when you approach them, i guess because of language barrier. Just be very aware of your surroundings when walking, have your bags clutched close to you. A friend had her purse snatched form her but she reacted quickly and got it back. Walk with a friend or as a group.

Its a City on two huge rivers with an old town and a fortress Kalemegdan on the top of the highest hill. It is both antique and modern with too many places to go and really good food and hospitable people to meet. A day or two is too little to really feel and enjoy it.

Beautiful city, excellent public transport network. Buses are free to ride even from airport to the city. A lot of shops and restaurants. Local currency is Serbia Dinar, however exchange offices found everywhere and accepted all major currencies with excellent exchange rate. Supermarkets and restaurants accept credit cards. It was much better than expected being in Belgrade for the first time.

Belgrade is beautiful and has so much history and the locals are very pleasant and welcoming. I enjoyed my walks along the knez Mihailova street, so beautiful and majestic. Belgrade is indeed a beautiful city. There's a Dino park at the kalemegdan fortress,it's perfect for kids. There's a small entrance fee. Lots of restaurants and cafes, everything you need in one place.

The city is not the most picturesque.

The city is not the most picturesque. That said, there are many lovely old buildings and tree-lined streets with cool cafes. It was very pleasant to walk around and just live the experience, (as opposed to having specific must see sights to go to).

The city has many faces: tourist centre, cozy areas, modern skyscrapers, small houses, brutalist panel buildings, etc. You can find your own place in Belgrade you will really enjoy -- just keep searching. Belgrade is full of bakeries, cafes, restaurants, museums, and atmospheric old houses. The negative sides are: lots of trash, graffitis, chaotic parking, heavy traffic, and smoking (it's allowed everywhere, including cafes).

This apartment looks like a room in a brand-new 5 stars hotel, however, you get much more: a well-equipped kitchen and even an automatic washing machine. Fantastic Serbian family restaurant with take away option located just 100m from you, shopping centers 10 minutes away by walk. The airport is half an hour away by taxi (less than 20 euros). It is not a city center, but the location is quiet and safe. The small local supermarket in the corner, one minute away, is an advantage as well.

We were travelling with a night stopover in Belgrade, thus, needed the hotel 10 minutes from the airport. In such perspective the hotel is great in terms of its location. Street is rather quite. Cheap transfer from the hotel to the airport is available even at night.
