Apartment had great modern facilities, was super clean and very comfortable. WiFi was fast and easy to log onto. Daily room refresh, rubbish collection, water (still & sparkling), tea and coffee service was excellent and unobtrusive. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is a work of art! I totally enjoyed my 4 nights there. The room was wonderful, clean, stylish and the amenities were great. They even offer you free coffee and a free minibar. Its near to everything you need, right in the old town, next to a lot of pastry shops, bars and restaurants, supermarket, close to the university and in walking distance to some bus stations. Every staff member I encountered, from the boy at the ground floor restaurant that helped me to check- in to the cleaning lady were delightful and eager to help! At the last day they even instructed me where to let my luggage. The food at their restaurant was also very tasty. I had sushi one night there. I really hope to find this place available on my next trip to Craiova.

It is a hotel whose price-service ratio is excellent. Without particularities in the design and the well-known extravagant luxuries, it offers calm and restful accommodation for those in the city for a business trip. It is next to the city centre, but around the block from the hotel, there is parking space, which is essential. The breakfast could be more decadent, but its quality is quite good. It is a hotel with large rooms and simplicity, which shows in the excellent price.

Staying at Hotel Relax & Ballroom was a great experience, especially with the host's kindness. They were able to arrange a very late check-in around 2 a.m. The hotel entrance is secured by a locked door with an access code after midnight, so you just need to ring to get in. After getting the room card from the reception desk, it was straight to bed. What really made the stay exceptional was that they had left breakfast in the mini-bar for me to enjoy in my room whenever I woke up—a truly five-star touch. It's a top-notch place with warm, kind, and customer-oriented people.

Biju hotel in perfect location of a lovely city. Anemona owners have put a lot of effort and money to acheive such a rare high quality furnishing and renovation of a buitiful builting. There is on site parking. The city centre including the pedestrian district with cafes and restorants are within 5 to 10min walking. Our stay was short but we loved Anemona and Craiova.
