Absolutely unbeatable stay in Asunción. Value for money might be the best in any accommodation I've stayed over the years. Such comfort and luxury for such an affordable price! Classical nineteenth century mansion. Being restored to its former glory. Our host Alicia was very pleasant and friendly. Made very welcome on arrival at reception, staff leader, Alberto, was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and very animated in his amiable hospitality style, definitely a treasure of our stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable and room service was excellent. Excellent breakfast provided. Very safe and secure accommodation, and would definitely stay at the “Palace” again if visiting Asuncion, Paraguay. Across the street is Bar Leo, providing excellent authentic meals and low priced refreshments. Very convenient, popular and safe.
