Everything was perfect. We have rented a whole house for us, something that i didnt expect, we were shocked when we saw how many facilities we had. We had a small problem with the boiling water but in max.20 min someone from the village resolved our problem, very fast, helpfull and profesional. Excellent apartment. Casa Seca is the lower apartment (where we stayed) with Casa de Uva situated above and at right angles to the lower apartment. The two apartments have independent entrances, Very well furnished to a very high specification . Extremely comfortable bed and high powered showers . . Great care and attention has gone into the design.The location of the apartment is in a quiet street with oblique and distance sea views. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.Ample and easily accessed parking spaces. Outside table/chairs and adequate space (large terrace and artificial grass) for sunbathing. The hotel where you check in is a short walk away and breakfast ( good) is available there, Heating system worked well.

Excellent house with all you need - if you want to cook some food/breakfast…, wash the clothes, good supermarket is just a few minutes walking, natural sweeping pools is also very closed…and there are towels spare in the house… Parking is on place-very comfortable… Thank you, Lina🌹

We come here to enjoy the natural pools we were too tired upon arrival. But next morning was perfect, no crowds,peaceful. There are enough restaurants to choose from. Please be aware that some of them close their kitchens around 4pm

Stunning scenery. Great for hiking.

Stunning scenery. Great for hiking. Weather is changeable and was cooler than UK at the time we visited (April into May), so take a range of clothing in case of cooler days. Jeep trips to hiking trails are a great idea. you get to see places you wouldn't stumble upon left to your own devices. Overall a rally nice spring break in stunning surroundings. Just let down by poor customer service in some of the eateries.

We stopped at Fanal forest on the way to Porto Moniz. We swam in the pools upon arrival. We were fortunate to have a beautiful sunny day in the winter which made it ideal for swimming and walking around.

Morning coffee and cake at the little bar outside the entrance to the bigger supermarket. Exploring the upper town and climbing the winding road up the hill for great views. Sitting on a bollard in the harbour watching old men fishing, people messing about on boats, schools of fish in the deep and very clear water, even having a harbour porpoise playing near where I was sitting. Exploring the natural bathing pools at the eastern end of the promenade, swimming with schools of fish keeping you company and then sitting with a beer in the sun at the cafe nearby.

We set up at 35 day European vacation.

We set up at 35 day European vacation. We had never heard of Madeira before this. It ended up being truly the highlight of the whole 35 days vacation. Literally every moment was exciting or truly relaxing while we were in Porto Moniz. This is to whoever may be considering Porto Moniz. No games, you’re not going to find a better place to get happy.

The appartment was quite spacious for 2 people. The room was quite nice and warm, the bathroom big and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed for those days. It also had it's own parking so no need to worry. But the best part of the house was the balcony with the view. We had the penthouse and from the balcony you could see the ocean and the Porto Moniz lava pools. Unfortunatley we only stayed 2 nights, but both nights we at dinner in the balcony enjoying the view. Would defently recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Studios by Aqua Natura Hotels. The experience felt very welcoming – we received some lovely extras like a bottle of bubbles and free tickets to the natural pools, which was a really nice surprise. Free parking was also a big plus and made things very convenient. The studio was clean and comfortable, and overall the stay offered great value.

Everything about the property was of an exceptionally high standard. We felt very privileged to have stayed at Porto Moniz Villa, which must surely be the best accommodation in the resort! The hotel is in a great location on the seafront. Our balcony had a lovely sea view. The room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was an added bonus and the staff were very friendly. The natural volcanic pools are lovely, the highlight of my stay on Madeira!
