Akram & Ameer were great hosts and made us all feel very welcome. They talked to us about the local situation, offered tours if we wanted them, and were available for everything we needed. We played backgammon with them in the evenings and Ameer even showed us how to make Kunafeh (it's so tasty try it). The hostel is cheap and central. Go for it!

The place was amazing. Khader and his family were the best hosts you can ask for. The room was charming, just in the heart of the city. Bethlehem has been our highlight so far, and Dar Jacaman was an important part of it. Khder recommended us great places to eat, drink and watch the World Cup. It is the perfect place for exploring Bethlehem! The guesthouse is a small oasis in the centre of the city, just around the corner of the Nativity Church! Recently refurbished property. the facilities are new and very clean. great location if you have a car, you can park the car just in front of the hotel. It’s only just a few minutes drive from Betlehem basilica. The staff very attentive and ready to help us with anything we needed. They allowed us to use the mini kitchen for a quick dinner. Bottled waters provided all the time at request. Overall really great stay in Betlehem/Jerusalem.
