Everything was exceptional, from the location, to the most incredible views from the roof terrace, home made food and finally the owner Ahmed who genuinely cares about his guests and knows how to create a memorable guest experience. He also did a bbq dinner for me which made my stay even more memorable. Thank you Ahmed, you are a true host with a big heart. I look forward to return and to resume my travels in Kashmir soon. Next time I will be booking the deluxe room (which was unfortunately occupied) which has the most incredible views and a private terrace. Thanks Ahmed and your team for the finest Kashmiri Hospitality.

    Very very bad staff non professional late every time I asked for any services they came after 2 hours Donot choose to live deluxe rooms because they don’t bother deluxe room guest even I don’t know about Executive guests even Main point is they have very less staff they can’t even able to manage
