Consistently warm and friendly reception staff, room staff and doormen. There are no surprises with Hop Inn, everything's very good every time. An easy several minutes walk to Ayala Mall and a beautiful park. Great exercise walk areas close by in the business park and a convenient little 711 store right next door. Wifi consistently excellent signal strength

Everything was perfect. Hands down the best hotel breakfast I've ever had! The rooftop pool was a great place to chill in the evening with decent cocktails. Good location, and the staff couldn't be any more accommodating! We arrived after a long trip from another part of the island and they helped us do our laundry and answered all questions we had. Would happily stay again!

The location was excellent near resturants and shops. Room spacious and the staff at front desk was awesome and good hospitality , I praise for Miss Wilma who is the best and very kind and helpful and been in touch even before arriving . The breakfast was good and many food varieties avavilble daily. Housekeeping also excellent.
