The place is close to nature, its well maintained and clean. Era's homestay is a great location to experience nature and local life, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location in Catmon was right off the main road. Signage was clear, and our greeting and welcome superb. Hosts Roger and Lourdes are consummate innkeepers. We had a hankering for some fruit juice in the evening and in spite of them not having any, they still made it happen. They went above and beyond. Lovely people! Perched on an escarpment overlooking the Camotes Sea, the views are stunning and the landscaped gardens exquisite.

We had a great stay here very unique experience staying in in villas over the ocean at such an affordable price. And with huge pool, huge games balcony, free kayaks there is plenty to do. Has a nice big open air restaurant/drinks area also. Staff were great. Would highly recommend if you appreciate getting away from the crowds and chilling out.
