The selling point to this place IS the pool! Sunsets and any time of the day-excellent view. Not sure if they offer town service for the pool. Fair price to be on the beach, location to the rest of Patar. Beach itself is rocky but the walk to the breakers is shorter than further north (think PDS). They seem to now offer a breakfast but 30 min wait time. We ate off-site except for one breakfast. Stayed in room K. Nice aircon and bed. It served it's purpose-nothing extract. There is another building not sure if they still working on it, looks really nice but relatively empty. Seems to run on either family or very small staff. I like to mention sewage smell from bathrooms as it's common in Philippines but this place had no such odor. Big plus! With the awesome pool design and ocean views this place has great potential to be one of the best in the area-depends on how far the owners want to take it.

Friendly staffs especially at the reception area. Wasnt able to experience the pool since we were already exhausted on our Hundred Islands Tour. Room is nice, exactly like the photo. Reliable hot shower. Mattress were comfortable. Perfect for family with kids. Parking area is wide.

    Food were delicious.

    Food were delicious. I love that they serve and maintain the local food. Restaurant/Carinderia served local food and it was great. Fees in cave and lighthouse is overprice for 200 - 300 pesos per head.

    Bolinao has a lot of resorts and hotels, but they are mostly having a low standard. Obviously, this place is more for locals than foreigner. No special infrastructure in Bolinao, bad roads, hard to get there .. took us 6 hours for 160km.

    There’s so much to do in Bolinao.

    There’s so much to do in Bolinao. Late January weather is great and the access to the sea is superb. So much to offer: visiting the giant clams, spectacular Patar Beach, Bolinao Falls (3 is the best), the lighthouse, underground caves, etc. Plus St James the Great church is reminiscent of Spain and the market has the freshest vegetables. Also, Alaminos is less than an hour away for anyone who wants to do a Hundred Islands tour.

    It was nice place to stay , very comfortable , we have our own sleeping bed , we are big family !!nice and clean , beautiful place ! , nice staff very friendly , and very attentive with whatever you ask and need for reason . I want to thank you for letting us stay with them .
