The room was clean and light, great water pressure and nice bath tub, comfortable bed and a small fridge available. We want to highlight the extremely helpful staff and the great service we received. They even called us when they realized we had not had breakfast yet to remind us. We also had altitude sickness and they were available 24/7, with coca tea, calling a doctor at 1:30am and a taxi before 6am.

We had a spacious and bright room in the 3rd floor. It was on the street side but quiet. We had a nice lake view. The room had no heating but we immediately received an electrical heater upon request. The staff was very kind and very helpful with all the requests or questions that we had. Antonio even asked us about suggestions for improvements, which we really appreciated. The area is quiet and felt safe the whole time.
