Not having a car meant I couldn't go outwith Taupo. The boat trip to see rhe Rock Carvings was well worth it. Haka Falls was walk able but due to the heavy rain I couldn't do it. Taupo has a lot to do in and around town.
Taupo has a lot to do in and around town. I like it there and it seems like there’s a lot of family activities. A lot of runners and cyclists. This was very spacious and well appointed in all respects. Having stayed in Taupo on many occasions over a fifty year period, this rates at the top by far for us. Easy access,secure basement parking,and a lift to all levels ticked all the boxes .The front desk could not have been more helpful, so in all an easy place to return in future.
