A perfect location with great host. Welcoming, informative. Everything we needed for our stay. We also found a wonderful store that did Fabulous meals and very special decorated ice creams. Remote and quiet location with good road access, beautiful views from the cottage, very comfortable, cozy and tastefully decorated. Everything is there for convenience, but you have to bring your own food, it was helpfully mentioned by ownwrs prior arrival. Davids deck and the view are amazing.
Davids deck and the view are amazing. Bellbirds sining and peace and quiet. Loved Lost Gypsy caravan and coffee beside it. Great place for kids and the Adult section well worth entry fee. Cathedral caves and view from Florence hill exceptional. Lake Wilkie a treat. Papatowai has my vote for the best in the Catlins.Guest review byWinNew Zealand
