The manager mr Ganga was superb in every way. He made our stay comfortable. His staff was well trained n treated guest with warm n politeness. I totally recommend those who wants a quiet and comfortable stay but still close to all amenities to stay here. Furthermore, there is free airport pickup n d driver was very efficient n punctual. Warm regards to Mr Ganga.

The absolute friendliest staff! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. They offered to pick me up from the airport even though it was 11pm which made life a lot easier. Rooms are cosy and have decent beds. Would recommend if looking for a budget stay.

It feels like I'm home with my good old friends. The hotel is situated in the center of Thamel. It is perfect for shopping and for walking around and to find some nice places to eat. The room was very comfortable and the staff were always here to help and assist. This is why I stay at Karma Hotel every time i come to Kathmandu. Everyone at the hotel is very friendly and welcomes guests as their own family.
