We arrived late as we went to the Efteling and went back the second day. The staff was super friendly and they even ordered and served my daughter a pizza from the corner joint. We served the Christmas menu and was very good. Thank you for this awesome experience. We'll be back.

This hotel is simply fantastic. In the nature, relaxing, clean, offering all the possible facilities. The breakfast is superb, and you can have it in a very relaxing environment. It was a real surprise to us, as it's the first time we find it available. I will try to find a room here every time I will be back to Tilburg.

The room was cosy, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. While the location wasn’t right in the city centre, it was well-connected and easy to reach. The breakfast had a good variety, offering fresh and tasty options to start the day. Overall, it was a great experience for a short stay in Tilburg.

Absolutely everything was exceptional. From the politeness of the staff, to fantastic facilities such a pools / golf and beautiful restaurant and outdoor seating area. The food and cocktails were amazing. I would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

We were travelling for a wedding. Booked a hotel across the street, but made a booking for 1 night instead of 2. Had to reallocate to Mercure. I went to ask a day before our check-in if we could store the luggage there ( because of the ceremony the next day) but the lovely lady at the reception told me they weren’t fully booked and we could have the room early on the check-in date ( she would let her colleagues know) and we could get all dressed up for the wedding in the room (instead of a storage room or similar). I was so surprised ( positively) I got goosebumps. Unfortunately, I don’t remember this receptionists name, but I’d like to send her a ‘Thank you’ and let her know this proactivity was very unexpected for this day and age. If someone is reading this from the hotel management, be aware you have a great empathetic person working for you :)

Lovely recently modernised room. No issue with keypad access arrangements, all information communicated in advance, or on morning of the stay. Large car park a short distance away, along with Happy Days snack bar and a bakery. Short walk into Efteling main entrance. Room serviced everyday, as a normal hotel.

    A lovely and wheelchair friendly stay!

    A lovely and wheelchair friendly stay! I recommend this B and B because the hosts are lovely. We regret booking 1 night only! Hopefully coming back whenever we travel to Efteling. Beds Comfy, Cosy and clean interior, delicious food and a healthy and very tasty breakfast!
