Also the location is very good - on the main avenue but still few minutes far from the noisy city center. If we ever go back to Merida, it will be to this hotel 100%!

This place offers an exceptional service from the start until leaving the place (which you really don’t want). Receiving right after the order a super friendly E-Mail with all necessary information about the Check-in process. The Check-in was super flexible and very welcoming - I was could move into the hotel room earlier. All services during my stay where simply great and always much more then expected. Sorry for eating almost the complete breakfast cake but it was so sooooo good! Thank you Lorena - you are a perfect host.
