He also shared local history and photographs of the town. He is an artist, and we talked art and painting which was quite fun. The apartment was well located in an unusual town. Birds were prevalent and our room view into a flowering shrub was quite relaxing. The hotel is well situated, clean, staffed by lovely people and has enchanting grounds surrounding the two pools. Pretty expensive but we enjoyed it all. Louis the hotel kitten is a character.
