Very well located for a short stay to get onward flight. 8 hours of luxury and comfort for our sleep. Stayed in corner room. Room was extremely spacious and comfortable : quiet, great bed, good linen and towels, clean and very tasteful.

The room, cleanliness, shower, location, breakfast included. This is the second time we stay in this hotel. We love it. Everything is great! The bed is huge and comfortable. Nice body wash and shampoo. There is space to keep your belonging, and a safe if needed. The design of the lobby and of the rooms is really cute. Highly recommended!

Amazing quiet Place, beautiful garden to sit, short 10 min walk through a beautiful neighborhood into the heart of the City or Frida Kahlo House The room is very big and charming. Every Room has a unique motto. The breakfast is Mexican Style and freshly prepared for you. Free safe Parking in the street. If I lived in Mexico City, then definitely here.

Great little new boutique hotel with huge bathroom and bath as well as extra large comfortable bed with best linen. The breakfast, prepared by Carmen or Elizabeth, was excellent with fruit,juice , yoghurt and omelette or pancakes etc. was served in the covered patio on the street or inside. We had an excellent stay at Maison du comte. The room was very spacious, the location excellent and the service great. If we had any questions we got answers right away, we got great restaurant recommendations as well. Highlights for us were visits to the great pyramids and the house of Frida Kahlo.

I stayed in Elements for two nights and it was a superb experience. Everything from the communication and email responses, staff members, breakfast and room was of an excellent standard. I was given a very large and spacious room that was perfectly clean and extremely comfortable for a very reasonable price. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional and spoke English (as I sadly don't speak Spanish). In particular, a staff member names Juan went out of his way to help me ensure a smooth departure from the hotel and helped with communicating wth my Uber driver etc.

Cozy comfortable hotel with excellent staff and pretty much everything you need. The room has personality and features artwork from local artists, there's also an accessible rooftop with a view of the city and most importantly you're in an excellent location with many restaurants/bars options few steps away. The staff were really awesome and made me feel like I was staying with friends.
