The neighbourhood is beautiful, you find nice shops, restaurants and street food in walking distance. The staff at the hotel was helpful and took good and quick care of our requests. The breakfast was amazing and it slightly changed every morning.

Such a beautiful colonial style hotel, set in a very picturesque suburb of Mexico City. The staff went above and beyond for us, they even packed a small breakfast for us when we had to leave at 4am for our hot air balloon ride :-). They were so helpful with transport and restaurant recommendations, we couldn't have asked for more! Great location, nearby to plenty of wonderful places to eat, and central to most tourist spots, just a walk or uber ride away. I would 100% recommend this gorgeous place :-)

Other reviews had mentioned fresh croissants for breakfast -- that sold me! But the fresh fruit and eggs to order, particularly the yummy chilaquiles, made breakfast truly exceptional. The staff recommended restaurants and places to see, and they were always responsive and kind. The neighborhood is wonderful!

I stayed in Elements for two nights and it was a superb experience. Everything from the communication and email responses, staff members, breakfast and room was of an excellent standard. I was given a very large and spacious room that was perfectly clean and extremely comfortable for a very reasonable price. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional and spoke English (as I sadly don't speak Spanish). In particular, a staff member names Juan went out of his way to help me ensure a smooth departure from the hotel and helped with communicating wth my Uber driver etc.

Amazing staff and lovely space. It's like a pension but with extra touches. Location is great and rooms are very comfortable. The only thing is an as old building you hear noise and we heard the bar downstairs play music till late one night. But otherwise it's a treat.

Room was very clean and comfortable. You can log into your netflix account on the TV. SHower was great pressure and towels were soft. had a window you could open for fresh air and heating contorls
