From arrival, Shihab, the incredible owner, welcomed us warmly and ensured every detail of our trip was seamless. Whether it was arranging transfers, planning excursions, or adding thoughtful personal touches, his hospitality was outstanding. 🌿A Tranquil Garden Retreat🏡 True to its name, Bageechaa (meaning "Garden") is a beautiful oasis. The central garden creates a calm, relaxing atmosphere, perfect for dining and unwinding. The modern, stylish design gives it an upmarket resort feel at an affordable price. 🚤 Easy Transfers & Convenient Location ✈️ Shihab arranged a speedboat transfer for us and personally picked us up from the harbour. Dharavandhoo also has its own airport, with 25-minute flights from Malé, making travel effortless. We took the speedboat in and flew back—both organised flawlessly by Shihab. 🌊A Paradise for Marine Lovers🐢🦈 The island is near Hanifaru Bay, where majestic manta rays gather seasonally, and close to a whale shark hotspot. Shihab organized amazing excursions—snorkelling, diving and sandbank trips—with trusted local providers. 🍽️Exceptional Dining👨‍🍳 Bageechaa’s in-house restaurant serves delicious, well-presented meals thanks to their talented chef Senaka. We booked one suite and one room, and honestly both were amazing. I've stayed in a lot of places, but this was one of the best hotels. The rooms were even better than the photos! What really made the stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone was very kind and the hospitality stood out a lot. Special thanks to the manager, Adms, who was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast (included) was delicious, and overall the entire stay was so comfortable and relaxing, no one wanted to leave. Any requests or small issues we had were quickly handled by the staff, and they responded quickly to texts as well. I highly, highly recommend this hotel, it's worth coming back again.

The host and all the staff were extremely helpful. They have provided all the information I asked for before the arrival and they have facilitated the snorkeling trips for us. When we left, they also wrote to us to make sure we have arrived ok to the new location. Lovely! The room was clean and big enough. The bathtub in the room was a big plus.
