Whether it was arranging transfers, planning excursions, or adding thoughtful personal touches, his hospitality was outstanding. 🌿A Tranquil Garden Retreat🏡 True to its name, Bageechaa (meaning "Garden") is a beautiful oasis. The central garden creates a calm, relaxing atmosphere, perfect for dining and unwinding. The modern, stylish design gives it an upmarket resort feel at an affordable price. 🚤 Easy Transfers & Convenient Location ✈️ Shihab arranged a speedboat transfer for us and personally picked us up from the harbour. Dharavandhoo also has its own airport, with 25-minute flights from Malé, making travel effortless. We took the speedboat in and flew back—both organised flawlessly by Shihab. 🌊A Paradise for Marine Lovers🐢🦈 The island is near Hanifaru Bay, where majestic manta rays gather seasonally, and close to a whale shark hotspot. The host and all the staff were extremely helpful. They have provided all the information I asked for before the arrival and they have facilitated the snorkeling trips for us. When we left, they also wrote to us to make sure we have arrived ok to the new location. Lovely! The room was clean and big enough. The bathtub in the room was a big plus.

John, Ahmed and Hamdan would go to the moon and back to make you happy. They are the best. The hotel is cozy and clean, they offer plenty activities at a fair price but not force you to buy anything and organize transport for the island according to your other flights. They reply to whatsapp at all times and offer very good but discrete customer service. Food is good and reasonably priced. Big rooms with space to hang and put clothes, hot water and aircon work great. Free unlimited water, coffee and tea! Definetely recommend it!

The staff were friendly and helpful.The food for breakfast was a mixture of local Madivian food and western food- all very delicious and well presented.I especially liked the Maldivian Tuna salad. Ahmed the owner, went over and above his duty of just running the accommodation .He personally took on the responsibilty of taking his guests out in his boat to find mantas.

I stayed in Manta Sky Inn for 4 nights, and I found it to be very good. It is perfect for divers, the rooms are very spacious, it's a new construction, spotless clean, good wifi, and the staff is really helpful if you need anything. The accom owner Mr Sadiq received me at the airport in Male, and helped me with everything including all the transportation, money exchange; he even showed me around the Male so I don't miss anything. Its been a wonderful stay and diving, in the special island of Dharavandhoo during the Manta season!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect—right on the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea whenever we wanted. The hotel is great value for money. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options to start the day. Excursions were a lot of fun, very reasonably priced and we had something to do every day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday! If we will return to Maldives, we will stay here again.

    Expected Dharavandoo just to be a transit island with it's airport traveling to a resort nearby. We had chosen to spend a few days in the Biosphere guesthouse. The charming guesthouse itself, the wonderfull staff and the range of activities made us extend our stay with a few days. It's the perfect startingpoint for alot of affordeable (water) activities and also the island has alot to offer (inc nice beaches, snorkling spot's, sports- and playgrounds, restaurant (Krill is recomended!),... We spent new year's eve where the islands council arranges a memorable big party for tourists and residents.

    Amazing stay for one day after diving livaboard trip. Walking around was really relaxing as this island is QUIET! Personal highlights were playing volleyball with the locals (free court with lights, started at 9 and we went on until midnight!). Also Coral Boutique is a must visit - blue whale bones, and owner is super interesting to talk to! Don't leave the island without visiting the store! DFC for food is a must.

    The manta snokelling trip in Hanifaru bay was stunning - seeing ~20 giant manta rays, the sensation is just difficult to describe in words! And the sunset fishing trip was also beyond expectation - we caught amost 20 fishes and the guesthouse helped cook the catch without surcharge.

    The island is very small and you can walk it, in flip-flops, rather slowly from one end to another in about 15 minutes. It is very quiet, full of wonderful beaches, seemed safe and the grocery store was easily reachable as well.

    Dharavandhoo is a very laid back locals island. There is not much to do other than diving and beach time, both of which were truly wonderful. The island does not allow alcohol, and females should respect the Muslim culture and cover shoulders and thighs, and swim at the "bikini beach." A bicycle is all that is needed to get around the island, Keep in mind that there are few cafes and shops, so be prepared for diving, sun and relaxation.     Small and quiet island occupied in its half by an airport...

    Small and quiet island occupied in its half by an airport and on the other half by the locals and a few guesthouses. Perfect place to relax and forget all the rest. Not much to see on the island. Few souvenir shops and one restaurant near the airport. Some excursions are organized by the guesthouses. Very quiet place. Friendly people, lovely beach and dolphins strolling by. I recommend Honney Bunny restaurant next to the airport. Dharavandhoo is not a place to stay for too long if you prefer busy environments.
