this is a truly beautiful modern boutique hotel. the rooms are fabulous with lots of finishing touches and lovely decor. beach towels are provided in your room. modern bathroom and shower with amazing shower gels and shampoo. reception staff really helpful and restaurant staff attentive. the half board option is well worth the money, it was a La carte menu every night giving you a 3 course dinner. lovely intimate lighting in a beautiful setting at the side of the infinity pool. the pool was stunning. there’s nothing we didn’t like. rooftop bar fab for watching the sunsets. love this place

“We stayed at Wonders Beach Hotel for our honeymoon and it was everything we dreamed of. The hotel truly lived up to its 5-star rating. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated — perfect for a romantic getaway. We especially appreciated the attention to detail: the rose petals on the bed, the warm welcome, and the stunning ocean views made our stay unforgettable. We truly enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment in Mont Choisy. One of the best features of this accommodation is its location. Situated between two of the island’s finest beaches, both were within a 10-minute walk. Additionally, there’s a small shop conveniently located next to the apartment, perfect for picking up any essentials. A short bus ride will take you to either Grand Baie or Trou aux Biches, both of which offer a wider selection of restaurants and shops. The apartment was well-equipped with everything you might need for a longer stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the incredible hospitality of Karine and Jimmy. Jimmy generously paid for our first supermarket purchase when we mistakenly arrived without exchanging any cash for rupees. Of course, we reimbursed him as soon as possible. He also organized a reasonably priced, full-day taxi service that allowed us to explore more remote parts of the island. On top of that, they went above and beyond by helping us recover a SIM card we had accidentally left in the taxi. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made our stay unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend this place more!

STAFF - We had a warm welcome from the hotel with smiles from most hotel staff. As soon as we stepped through the entrance, we were given a yummy cold drink (a mocktail we think) and a nice refreshing towel. - Jenifer Lopez was amazing and ensured we felt comfortable at the hotel. She spent time daily walking abound the restaurant greeting everyone and cracking jokes, as well as singing (love the voice and ability to sing different languages). - Massive shout out to Jean Marc, Anwaz and Jocelyn for always taking care of us and making us laugh during meal times. Special thanks to Jean Marc for all the shots he provided to us, and how he persuaded us to taste some yummy Mauritian drinks. - The Animation Team were really good at making us feel included in the scheduled activities that we participated in. Some included: Water Polo, Bocce, Table Tennis, Aquagym and Archery. Restaurant cooks were amazing. Always providing fantastic food, and bringing a tear to a certain Australian guest’s eye when he found bacon for Breakfast. He was very pleased. ROOM - Spacious room, was very clean and loved the sea view. - Staff refilled our mini fridge with 2 cokes everyday and a bottle of water, which we really appreciated! ACTIVITIES - Great entertainment activities at the hotel. We enjoyed the different group games as mentioned above, as well as Glass Bottom Boat Tour, Séga Dances and Karaoke Night. - Cheers to the staff for the free Cocktails as rewards for winning competitive games such as Bocce and Archery (although 1 million rupees would have been even better haha!)

Not a hotel but only private apartments When I reached the location it felt that it’s not a hotel as there were no one around except the gate man When I parked my car the gate man came to me in a shocked way and asking me where I was going, told him I have a booking for this hotel, the man told me but the hotel has shut down,there us no reception and the restaurant also has shut down for renovation since last December. And that place has become private appartements owned by individuals and that I should have my key n apartment no already and if I had any phone no n that no one is here to welcome me It really shocked me to face this situation n I didn’t know what to do ? To go back home after payment being made online? As on the site it’s written it’s a hotel etc etc,I realized it was fake publicity to fool people. Then two ladies came,and the gateman went to them to inform that I had come to check in and they acknowledged that yes we have a booking The payment online was not accepted The price also included breakfast but they told me it’s a tray while I was expecting a buffet No room service No restaurant Can only order lunch before 2 pm All this really disturbed as my whole idea was to have few days of complete rest n a break Came to the room disheartened with all this information then the wifi was not working The cleaning lady was there to bring towels and all and when she heard my disappointment he called a man call Kris They all understood my situation of disappointment and made it a point to really make me feel good.

    The beach of Mon Choisy is a long sunny sandy beach nice for...

    The beach of Mon Choisy is a long sunny sandy beach nice for swimming. During October to March it is hot there but the sea is great for swimming. However during these months some cyclones may also visit the Island ! Other months are also sunny and the climate are cooler around 24c during the day. In weekdays the beach is calm and it is not crowded. However during Sundays and public holidays locals are there and it is very crowded but as it is a long beach there is still some space for everyone. On Sundays expect loud music from loudspeakers by some picknickers though there is law about it but it is rarely respected. There are also many stray dogs on the beach but they are not aggresive.

    Turquoise Indian Ocean, mostly flat, like an open lagoon with sea waves in the distance. Beautiful sandy beach with trees for shade, food vendors and amenities. Really lovely beach for walking, swimming, tanning and picnicking. Plenty of water sports on offer there too. Good for romantic couples or family fun.

"The team at the Deck went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. The food was delicious, and the service. their customer service is outstanding. It has made my stay so much easier.

    Mon Choisy is not that big, but their beach is one of the biggest, so you can always find a quiet spot. The beach at Trou aux Biches is better because it is very close to restaurants, a big supermarket like Chez Popo and if you wish you can rent sunbeds, access to showers etc in a beach club or try and get a day pass at the Beachcomber hotel. Then you can enjoy a day of luxury hotel facilities without having to stay there.

    Good morning. In fact I have nothing to say about. All the facilities & privacy were all there. All you need is to spend/ & profit all the facilities. The rooms were excellent & cleanliness as well. The lieu and surroundings were very peaceful to relax and calm. I would like to express my special thanks to MRS. ANCERINE and as well as to Mr. ZANE who warmly welcome our family. I did highly appreciate the bungalow. I would recommend customers/ clients to get to know that place as you won't regret it. It is a very nice, charming place. You feel in security with your family. Thanks for all though my stay was short, as in fact I did celebrate my wife's birthday on that day.     Beautiful villa, accomodated 8 of us comfortably. It was spacious, clean and well equipped. Enough fans in the living areas and aircons in each room to help with the heat. The location was perfect, 5 minute walk to Mont Choisy beach, even though situated on a quiet, peaceful road. Check in was easy we arrived late and were able to access our key easily. The owner was very responsive and accomodating. Great stay!

    Beautiful villa, well designed and very functional. This was a 3 day getaway for the family and the villa layout allowed for great space to be together while the adjoining terraces to each room offered individual spaces. The pool is a bonus. Mont Choisy beach is a 10 mins walk away and getting to and back is very safe even when on foot. 24 hour security was a deciding factor for us.
