Hosts Sarah & Mark were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable - not to mention the jacuzzi on the private terrace. Location was perfect to explore ancient Mdina and Rabat.

Absolutely outstanding service from Caroline and the staff making our trip very memorable and fuss free. Really felt like everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Will definitely return and loved the room too, it was very comfortable & clean with friendly and courteous staff.

While I had a little trouble getting in, the location and the very friendly welcome were amazing. The room was lovely, it had everything I needed and was a really high standard with a super comfy bed. The ensuite was huge and again, really high standard stuff. There was a little courtyard area that caught the sun and was really nice for relaxing. Only about 10 second walk from the bus, some amazing restaurants and shops and Mdina fortress. Would definitely try and stay here again.

Apartment was very cute, clean and well equipped. Owners were helpful and made sure everything was fine. It’s located in quite city of Rabat, by walk distance you have beautiful Mdina and bus stops, which you can take to all corners of the island, are also within walking distance. We really enjoyed the stay and totally recommend. Also there is nice rooftop you can enjoy sunset from.

This stay is located in a beautiful area, close to Rabat Mdina. I really enjoyed walking around Mdina in the evening. In addition, there are some excellent Maltese eateries nearby. First, I hired a flat room without a kitchen. However, they assisted me in changing my stay, which included the kitchen. And it was quite helpful, and they did not charge any further fees for it. I sincerely appreciate that, and thank you also.

I really regret that I couldn't stay there longer. Marisa and the whole staff made this place really special. Everything: the service, beautiful room, food, localisation in the neighbourhood of Mdina - is on the highest possible level. I fully recommend this place and will definitely come back! Would highly recommend myn in Rabat! It is situated in a lovely quiet area and so close to the Mdina. The owner and staff are lovely and friendly, the room was perfect, comfortable and clean. Can walk into Mdina and loads of places of interest /things to do/places to eat

    The buildings are lovely.

    The buildings are lovely. There's plenty of places to eat and local sightseeing. The only thing I would comment on is that there aren't any large shops(that we came across, anyway). Lots of small convenience stores and bakeries but only the basics. If you have hired a car or don't mind getting buses to bigger shops then it's a non issue. It wasn't a huge deal anyway, we really enjoyed our stay.

    Rabat is a fascinating city.

    Rabat is a fascinating city. Make sure you visit Mdina; the catacombs; St Paul’s Grotto; & Domus Romana. Stay at Rabat and it’s an easy walk to the old city of Mdina. It’s lovely to walk around on a balmy summer’s evening - a magical place.

    Rabat was a pleasant surprise .

    Rabat was a pleasant surprise . It was very pleasant to wander the lanes of the old town , lots of nooks and crannies. Plenty of places to eat and drink , all types , also little shops that you could miss if no time to explore. Locals very friendly and helpful. The place is well serviced by public transport to all other areas of Malta, making it a good place to stay away from the busy crowds of Summer.

    A completely different side to Malta from Valletta.

    A completely different side to Malta from Valletta. Rabat's main attraction will always be its proximity to Mdina, but there is plenty to enjoy in the town, including some great pastries and restaurants and the fascinating underground shelters and catacombs. It is also the best place to stay to get to Hagar Qim and Dingli. Definitely don't miss Publius Parruccan Confectionery.

    There is plenty to occupy your time in Rabat - Mdina for three days. Valletta is only a 30-minute bus journey away where you can continue your sight-seeing. There is a also a direct airport bus to Rabat.

    Rabat is less overwhelmed with hordes of tourists than Valletta and Mdina - although the latter is only a few minutes' walk away. Plenty if excellent places to eat. Quiet and peaceful. Everything is within easy walking distance.
