The hotel is a short distance from the airport. I have stayed there for work for almost a month. I stayed in a standard suite with a separate living and sleeping area. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The staff, from room service till management, were all very friendly and helpful. The city of Podgorica isn't really great, but this hotel was one of the better hotels I've ever stayed in. Would almost forget, but the hotel has a fantastic fitness and sauna. And no I have not been paid for this review. 😉

The best service ever. The staff was wonderful. Everything about Perla was superb, just like a Pearl. The pool was warm and the kids loved it. Sauna perfect. Everything about this place was exceeding expectations.
