The staff were super nice and welcoming. The guide that took us to the Sahara was very friendly and explained to us everything we wanted to know. Everyone was super nice. Lots of options for breakfast if you eat dairy products. A bit harder as a vegan but still had options!

Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with such care that dining became an experience in itself. Sharing meals here felt authentic and warm, making us feel at home even while being so far away. What stood out most was how relaxing everything felt. The room was light and airy with a view over the pool on one side and countryside on the other. The bed was huge and really comfy, the bathroom was clean and everything worked. The staff were really helpful and helped us store our bikes safely and the food was great - typical moroccan breakfast but one of the better ones. A lovely big old high ceilinged building built like a castle!

A convenient location for exploring some of the desert areas east of Erfoud. Large, comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. The dining room coped with early breakfasts and vegetarian requests. Receptionist able to sort out problems with a booking for a trip to the desert.
