Trip to the falls was great, good atmosphere with local lads climbing up mountain face and jumping and diving into falls, we did the small trip up to the falls the spray was much needed as it was roasting, even got to row the boat round, got some lively snaps and videos although I didn't go into the water. The waterfalls are a worthwhile visit.
The waterfalls are a worthwhile visit. Especially before summer when there’s plenty of water. There are plenty of shops and restaurants along the route all the way to the bottom, where you get the very best view of the falls. There are also boat rides to the base of the falls. It is beautifully decorated and gives you that authentic Marrocan feel (of a fortress). It was one of the best places we have stayed during our trip. The room was nice and comfortable with a clean and large bathroom. It is probably located closest to the waterfalls and the main square is around the corner, where there is a good restaurant. The staff was really lovely! The chef even spoke Dutch. He cooked for us a really good meal. Because it was the coldest December they ever had, they turned in the fireplace for us to sit around.
