We were totally amazed from the first minute. The garden and pool were stunning, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was located outside the main building, offering plenty of privacy and comfort. The owner and staff were incredibly nice, making us feel very welcome. Beautiful hotel with I credibly friendly and attentive staff. Delightful breakfast and one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in!! Iness and samira were brilliant. A true credit to the hotel. When I come back to Ouarzazate I will only stay at the OZ Palace.

Amazing breakfast, also have a very nice area to relax. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need also located very central where it’s very easy to walk to the place from the bus station, there is also a large square nearby with great food for a good price and a grocery store

We had an issue of readiness of our room. The Directeur of Hebergement Mr. Oubrik Mbarek did an excellent job in quickly resolving the issue by extending an upgrade.

Everything was great. The location was really good in Oarzazate, the room was clean, and quiet. You can use the pool anytime of the day. They have european breakfast. And the staff is really nice too.
