Very beautiful, super-stylish hotel. Excellent location close to MUDAM and just two minutes walk from the free city tram stop, 12 minutes to get to historical center. Large very comfortable and well thought of and well equipped room. Fast internet. Extremely professional and attentive staff - Maxim, Thomas, Sophia are just few of those who helped to make our stay unforgettable. absolutely magical setting for New Year’s Gala dinner - food, music, decorations, everything was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Before we checked into the INNSIDE we have just spent more than a week in the Netherland and Belgium and were pleasantly surprised by the relaxing and friendly atmosphere in this new hotel. The staff are super friendly. The room is very clean and furnished in a simple but effective style, we felt very relaxed and comfortable in it. The free minibar is also a very nice touch. The breakfast really exceeded our expectation esp. how well the staff served quite a high number of customers. The location is bit out of the way but with the free bus service we had no trouble at all to get around wherever we wanted to go. This was the last stop of our holiday and undoubtedly the best!!!

This stay was our first at this chain of hotels and we are converts! All spaces, public and private, were fun, comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast offered hot and cold items, kept the tables cleared, and restocked items regularly. All the food was good and fresh. They had a room to work in with electric plugins, a quiet room and a copier that we couldn't get to work; however, the front desk did print for us. The rooftop bar was very welcoming and fun. All spaces were nicely decorated. Most of the staff was competent and helpful. Beds, bathrooms and rooms were all comfortable. Toiletries included a soap bar for hair and body washing along with regular soap and face cleaning pads and ear cleaning buds.

    Our family visit to Luxembourg was truly memorable. The city is spotless, beautifully organized, and incredibly easy to get around thanks to its free and efficient public transportation. Everywhere we went, we were met with friendliness and warmth from the locals, which made our stay even more enjoyable Highlights included the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Grand Ducal Palace, Place Guillaume II, and especially the Bock Casemates — a fascinating UNESCO World Heritage site that takes you deep into the city’s history. The panoramic Pfaffenthal Elevator offered breathtaking views of the valley and old town, while the Melusina statue reminded us of the city’s magical legends. Luxembourg may be small, but it is rich in culture, history, and charm. A hidden gem in Europe that we would highly recommend to any traveler looking for a mix of history, beauty, and modern comfort.

    has many breath taking views with historical and luxurious buildings and the city is so clean with many restaurants and bars for every tastes. the church and the park are so amazing and I know that near the city there are many places to visit but we can not due to lack of time

    Very walkable city, there is a “High Town” & a “Low Town”, so be prepared for some hills. There is a lift joining the two. Interesting historic buildings, squares & park areas. Lots of bars &restaurants. Try the local potato pancakes, served with apple sauce & salad.

    Luxembourg is so easy to get around, trams in the city are free and frequent. The train to other parts are also free and frequent, allowing you to travel to all their historic sights. It is so beautiful really capturing the blend of modern and old. Lot of parks and green spaces to relax or explore on foot or by bike. The people of Luxembourg were friendly and helpful. There were lots of food choices and prices were not over the top. Really impressed with Ettlebruck and Vianden for a day trip. Luxembourg has a lot to offer for any age group along with, families, teenagers and couples.

    lovely views of the city, be careful if you, like me, have a touch of vertigo as numerous high points with deep changes of level. ideal for a two day visit. If you like a few drinks then look for the happy hour places in the town as it is quite expensive for drinks otherwise. Try the local good...very nice indeed. We ate at Brasserie du Cercle was lovely.

    Luxembourg is a peaceful and beautiful city. There is plenty to explore, we walked around the city for about two hours, but could have stayed longer. There are beautiful churches, high end shops and lots of choices for eating. We found a small bakery with an extremely friendly manager. The town looks like a model village when viewed from above. As Luxembourg is a small country we also travelled to the north and saw a beautiful castle. We were there at the end of August but it was very quiet compared to other places. My family all loved the country and we are likely to return for a longer trip. Please keep it quiet how nice it is, as the lack of crowds added to the charm!

    The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was very clean and comfortable. There was a bus stop 3 min walk from the hotel which was really convenient getting into city centre. There is free filtered water just outside the elevator on the ground floor, which is convenient when you're going out. There is also a lidl and mcdonalds 10 min walk away so you can get cheap breakfast or dinners!

Luxembourg hotel prices are expensive when compared to other towns outside the Duchy. The Italian pizzeria/pasta restaurant is on the ground floor, but closed on Wednesdays.
