The location was perfect, right in front of Besama, which is an ideal place to enjoy the beach. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I booked B&B thinking we could grab a bite from local restaurants. Unfortunately there was only one restaurant nearby. Bivon Staff offered to prepare the dinner for us, and both dinner and breakfast were awesome. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

The dining area and the bar is right next to the sea. All other facilities were great including the outdoor swimming pool and large rooms. The food was fantastic too. Should also mention the friendly staff that made the stay extra memorable.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Nest Kandana, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The room was incredibly spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience. Its location is perfect – easy access to town and everything you need within reach. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They helped me arrange an airport drop off and were happy to help with various requests. The room was a generous size, clean and comfy beds. The hotel is on the 19th floor and I had a really good view of the city from my room. I would stay here again if I come back to Colombo.

Not a hotel accommodation but a genuine and authentic experience. This small hotel offers what no other hotel can offer, a look into Sri Lanka familiy live, culture and cuisine. Room is great with beautifull views and having the chance to enjoy true Sri Lankan homecooking is priceless. If this is not enough, the owners are a highly educated and international experienced couple able and willing to have a real conversation, no religuous/cultural/monetary obstacles but open and honest.

    We loved the down to earth hospitality of all the staff. Specially Dinesh, who stands out the crowd as a professional. Kind and jovial he knows how to row the boat gently and professionally. The chef did an excellent job as the restaurant boys. We can not thank them enough for a job well done.

    The property is fairly close to the airport. You can used an Uber or ask for a transfer. It’s quite new and clean. The pool is also nice and big. The beach cannot be accessed but the view from the hotel is nice and pleasant. Food was good although slightly expensive for the country. Room is spacious with wifi and international channels. All in one, that’s a convenient place for a one stop before flying out or moving elsewhere.

    Very friendly helpful staff especially Bernard the manager very obliging and Marcus the pool attendant was great too. Food was great, we ate in most days as there weren't many other options closer. The hotel was close to the airport, 30min taxi journey. Thanks for a brief enjoyable stay!
